Laser cutting and engraving of non-metallic materials (wood, acrylic, leather, glass) and metal marking, 3D printing using FDM technology, and design and 3D modelling, including the preparation of production files.
Yes. We send finished orders by courier anywhere in Slovakia; personal collection in Tomášov near Bratislava is also possible by arrangement. Delivery outside Slovakia is only possible by individual arrangement.
Once you send us your files or a description of the job, we will send you a quote usually within 48 hours on working days.
For custom-made orders: We will state the production and delivery date in the quote — it depends on the scope of the order. We deliver ready-made products from the online shop approximately 2–5 working days from order confirmation, unless stated otherwise for the product.
For 3D printing, ideally STL, STEP or 3MF. For laser work, a vector (SVG, DXF, AI, PDF) or a good-quality image. If you do not have a file, we will prepare the artwork or model for you.
Yes, we produce single pieces as well as small runs. For larger quantities, the price per piece usually falls because the preparation is spread across more pieces.
We do not cut metal. We can mark metal — for example stainless steel or anodised aluminium — with the laser: engrave text, a logo or a serial number. Our diode laser is designed for non-metallic materials.
We cut wood, plywood and wooden boards up to a thickness of 3 cm (30 mm). We will confirm the acrylic thickness when you send your enquiry. For other materials we will also confirm the thickness before production.
Laser work up to an area of 400 × 400 mm, 3D printing up to a volume of 220 × 220 × 250 mm. Larger parts are made by splitting them into sections.

Yes, all prices are stated including 23% VAT. Invoices are issued by iMach Slovakia s.r.o., a VAT payer.
For custom-made goods we may require a deposit of 50% of the price before production starts; the deposit amount is always stated in the quote. The rest of the price is paid before delivery, by cash on delivery or on personal collection. The enquiry itself is free of charge and non-binding.
