Just describe what you need and send any reference — a photo, a hand sketch, dimensions or an old part. We prepare a design, fine-tune it with you, and the result is a file ready for production (with us or elsewhere).
It depends on the complexity. A simple part takes little time, a more complex model takes longer. Once you describe the job, we will send a price estimate as part of the quote.
Yes, by arrangement we will provide the production files (for example STL/STEP or SVG/DXF) so that you are not tied to us.
For simpler parts, yes — from photos and dimensions. For complex shapes, it helps to provide the physical piece so that we can measure it.
